The development work behind Artees
Artees’ development history includes fitted kitchens, equipment trials, ingredient evaluation and documented production methods. This page brings the available photographs and supporting materials together.
Actual facilities photographs
The facilities gallery contains photographs of the kitchens, equipment and storage areas used during development. These are different from the illustrative storefronts and service scenes elsewhere on the website.

How the work began
Founder Mamun Chowdhury describes starting to cook during the COVID lockdowns in 2020 and then studying food science to understand why results changed. The question expanded from making a good dish himself to whether a trained person could reproduce the quality consistently.
His account describes converting 3,000 square feet of his home into kitchens and labs, hiring a team of six, installing specialist equipment, appliances and accessories, and procuring ingredients for the work.

The wider product platform
The website records 319 developed products across ten food domains. Artees Sweets is the first franchise vertical. Development across several categories is part of the platform’s history; it should not be confused with ten operating franchise chains.

Methods and evaluation
Photographs show facilities, but cannot establish taste, consistency or commercial demand. Review the production documents to understand the method, use product evaluation to make your own assessment of the sweets, and assess business risks separately.
