1. Permitted Use

You may use the website for lawful, personal and business-information purposes. You may not:

• use the website in violation of law or the rights of another person;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, server, forms, accounts or connected systems;
• introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, circumvent security or test vulnerabilities without written authorization;

• use Artees content, marks or materials to suggest an affiliation, authorization or endorsement that does not exist.

2. Franchise Information

Any franchise offer will be made only after delivery of the applicable current Franchise Disclosure Document ("FDD"), by an authorized representative and in compliance with applicable federal and state law. Website content does not amend an FDD or franchise agreement and should not be relied upon instead of those documents.

Any financial performance representation concerning actual or potential sales, income, profit, operating results or return on investment will appear only in Item 19 of the applicable current FDD, if Artees provides such a representation and applicable law permits it. Information concerning initial fees and estimated initial investment is governed by Items 5 through 7 of the applicable current FDD. See the Franchise Disclosures and State Disclosures.

3. Enquiries, Applications and Other Submissions

When you submit information, you represent that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it. You remain responsible for deciding what information to submit.

An enquiry, application, meeting, product evaluation or exchange of information does not create a franchise, agency, partnership, employment, fiduciary or other relationship and does not obligate either party to proceed.

Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, bank-account or payment-card details, medical information or confidential financial documents through general website forms or ordinary email. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The website and its text, photographs, renderings, graphics, layouts, product names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, formulations, system descriptions and other materials are owned by or licensed to Artees and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print reasonable portions for your own evaluation of Artees. No other license is granted. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, publicly display, create derivative works from or commercially exploit website material without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

5. Accuracy, Changes and Website Availability

Artees seeks to provide accurate and current information, but website content may contain errors or become outdated. Products, services, franchise terms, fees, investment estimates, store formats, territories, specifications, development schedules and availability may change without notice, subject to applicable law and governing franchise documents.

Illustrations, store renderings, photographs, floor plans and other illustrative designs may not depict final or required franchise specifications. Artees may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website.

The website may link to third-party websites or services for convenience. Artees does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Artees disclaims warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artees and its officers, directors, employees, agents and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from website use or inability to use the website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

9. Governing Law and Severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

10. Changes and Contact

Artees may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after a revision becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
