The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. It introduces Artees Corporation, the Artees Food Platform, the Artees Sweets franchise system and the owner-operator model. Website content describes the system as currently designed and may change as the system develops.

No website statement modifies or supplements the terms of an applicable Franchise Disclosure Document ("FDD") or franchise agreement. If website information differs from an FDD or executed franchise agreement, the applicable FDD and executed agreement control.

2. No Offer or Solicitation

An offer may be made only through delivery of the applicable current FDD by an authorized representative of Artees, only in a jurisdiction where the offer is permitted, and only in accordance with applicable federal and state franchise laws.

Submitting an enquiry or application, attending a meeting or product evaluation, or receiving preliminary information does not create a franchise relationship, reserve a territory, obligate either party to proceed or guarantee that an applicant will be approved.

3. Franchise Disclosure Document

A prospective franchisee whom Artees agrees to consider will receive the applicable current FDD at least 14 calendar days—or any longer period required by applicable law—before signing a binding franchise agreement or making any payment to Artees or its affiliate in connection with the proposed franchise sale.

The FDD contains material information about the franchisor, the franchise system, required investment, fees, contractual obligations, litigation and bankruptcy history, financial statements, franchisee and outlet information, and other matters prescribed by law. Prospective franchisees should review the complete FDD, its exhibits and the proposed franchise agreement carefully.

4. Financial Performance Information

Artees does not authorize any person to make a representation about actual or potential sales, revenue, profit, costs, return on investment or other financial performance except as stated in Item 19 of the applicable current FDD, if such a representation is included there and permitted by law.

Website references to investment, production capacity, cost structure, operating design or market opportunity are not promises of financial performance. Results vary by franchisee and location and may be affected by management, market conditions, competition, financing, costs, site characteristics and other factors.

5. Geographic Availability and Registration

Franchise opportunities are not available in every jurisdiction. Some states require registration, filing, exemption, notice or approval before a franchise may be offered or sold. Artees will not offer or sell a franchise in any jurisdiction unless the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.

Territories, markets, store formats, development schedules and availability are subject to approval and may change. Website access from a particular location does not mean that an Artees franchise is available there.

6. Independent Review

Purchasing a franchise involves substantial financial and operating commitments. Prospective franchisees should conduct their own investigation and consult independent legal, accounting, financial, tax, real-estate and other advisers. Artees does not provide legal, tax or investment advice to prospective franchisees.

No broker, salesperson, employee, consultant or other person may alter the FDD or franchise agreement, waive their provisions or make an unauthorized representation on behalf of Artees.

7. Brand and Illustrative Materials

Artees names, marks, logos, product names, systems and materials are proprietary. Photographs, renderings, store concepts, floor plans, equipment arrangements, product presentations and other materials on the website may be illustrative. Actual approved locations, products, specifications, layouts and operating requirements may differ and will be governed by the applicable franchise documents and written standards.
