Franchise laws differ by jurisdiction. These notices explain geographic limitations applicable to information about the Artees Sweets franchise opportunity.

Registration and Filing States

Availability must therefore be confirmed directly with Artees before a prospective franchisee relies on website information or incurs expenses. Artees may limit or defer franchise-related communications, offers or sales in jurisdictions where applicable requirements have not been completed.
