How the Artees production system works

Artees was developed around a practical question: can a trained person reproduce the intended food quality by following a defined system, rather than depending on a chef’s individual judgment?

From a product formulation to a working method

A formulation describes what goes into the product. A production method also needs to explain how the ingredients are handled, which equipment is used, the order of work and the conditions that matter to the result.

The Artees approach combines locked formulations with documented processes and operating procedures. These materials are intended to make the work teachable and repeatable.

Defined procedures and measurable controls

The site’s rasmalai example illustrates how food-science work can be applied across production steps. It explains the move from reliance on skilled judgment towards defined procedures and measurable controls, including cooling, storage and serving.

Training and accountability remain necessary

Documents alone do not run a store. Artees trains and certifies the franchise owner, who trains the employees and remains involved in daily work. The owner receives complete formulations and owner-only procedures; employees learn the tasks assigned to them.

Review the system and the evidence separately

The existence of a documented method is different from a prospective franchisee’s own assessment of food quality. The three-session product evaluation provides a separate opportunity to taste products and compare batches.

Actual kitchen photographs and the development history show the working environments behind the program. Storefront and service concept renderings are labelled as illustrative; they should not be treated as evidence of operating franchise stores.
